a rainy day (boo-chim-gae: 부침개)

Whenever rain comes, Koreans make Boo-chim-gae (a kind of pan fried flat cakes) and enjoy it with soy sauce. Boo-chim-gae is made with wheat flour and ingradients are depend on taste. Most people like Kim-chi but this time I made it with courgette & potatoes.

(wheat flour + courgette & potatoes + egg + some salt)
