한가위'추석' (Korean's Thanksgiving Day, Chuseok)

The 15th day of the Eighth Moon is Chuseok, Thanksgiving Day. Along with New Year's Day, Chuseok (also called the Harvest Moon Festival) is the biggest holiday in Korea. With freshly harvested grains and fruits, ancestor memorial services were performed, and visits to one's ancestors' graves are made.

차례(茶禮) ancestor-memorial services; a brief family-memorial service on Chuseok morning.

According to the lunar calendar, the 15th day of August is Chuseok, Thanksgiving Day. (Usually the lunar calendar is around one month later than western calendar. But specially this year, it came almost two months later because of an intercalary month. How can I explain this...? @@)

Anyway! It's the best season in Korea.
